Design that is drawn to be built

Our designers work from the Rancho Santa Margarita showroom in three steps: a showroom discovery visit, a site measurement, and a complete design package with a layout, visualization, finish schedule and project proposal.

Design and construction are done by one firm, so the plan you approve is one we have checked can be built, on the budget and schedule we give you.

Three ways to start

Start where your project is. You can stop after any step, and each one builds on the last.

Showroom discovery

At the showroom. We talk through the project, look at materials together, and you leave with a product direction and an initial budget range.

Site measurement

At the property. We measure and assess the space, including what is behind the finishes that could change the plan.

Complete design package

Showroom and property. A layout, visualization, a finish schedule listing every selection, and a project proposal you can act on.

What design includes

We learn how you use the space, then recommend a layout and materials that work together, at more than one price point where that helps you decide. We check the selections against the measurements, availability and how they will be installed, and flag anything that changes the budget or the schedule.

What you approve is written down: the products, finishes and quantities, so what is ordered is what you chose.

Design and construction under one roof

Because we also build, the design is drawn with installation in mind. The people who measure, design and build talk to each other, and the price you are given is for the design you approved.
