Showroom / Bath
Choose the tile, the vanity and the fixtures in one place
At our Rancho Santa Margarita showroom you can compare tile, vanities and fixtures side by side, and have the bathroom designed and built by a licensed contractor who handles the waterproofing, the permit and the inspections.
A bathroom is a small room with a lot of decisions in it. We help you make them in the right order: layout and plumbing first, then the surfaces you see.
Tile for floors, walls and showers
Not every tile belongs on every surface. A tile that is fine on a wall can be slippery underfoot when wet, and some natural stone needs more care in a shower than people expect.
- Floors and shower floors
- Choose tile made for wet floors, with a texture that grips. Smaller tiles on a shower floor mean more grout lines, which helps footing and lets the floor slope to the drain.
- Walls
- Porcelain and ceramic are the low-maintenance choices. Large-format tile means fewer grout lines to clean.
- Natural stone
- Beautiful, and each piece is different. It is usually sealed and resealed, and some stones react to acidic cleaners.
What you cannot see matters most
A shower lasts as long as its waterproofing, which is hidden behind the tile. The pan, the membrane and the slope to the drain are what keep water out of your walls and floor.
When a bathroom needs a building permit, we handle the permit and the inspections, and nothing is covered up until the inspection has passed.
Vanities and fixtures
Measure the room and the path to it before choosing a vanity, and decide early where the plumbing will be: moving a drain or a supply line is a bigger job than swapping a faucet. Fixtures come in finishes that are easier or harder to keep clean; ask to see them in water-spotted condition, not just polished.
What to bring
Photos of the bathroom, the room's dimensions if you have them, pictures of bathrooms you like, and whether anyone in the home needs a curbless shower, grab bars or a comfort-height toilet now or later.
Questions we hear
Do you remodel the whole bathroom?
Yes. We design and build bathrooms from demolition through tile, fixtures and the final walkthrough, including the permit and inspections when the work needs them.
What tile is best for a shower floor?
Tile made for wet floors with a textured, slip-resistant surface. Smaller tiles with more grout lines grip better and let the floor slope to the drain.
Can I see tile and vanities together?
Yes. Bring a photo of the room and put the tile, the vanity and the fixtures side by side at the showroom before you choose.
How long does a bathroom remodel take?
It depends on whether the layout or the plumbing is changing and on any inspections the permit requires. We give you a schedule with the proposal.
